Open Hands Overflowing Hearts
2nd period, research which charities already
contribute to this cause. Identify 2-3 of the best and decide which one you
want to support. Brainstorm today ways to raise money and awareness of this
charity. Post a list of ideas with any pros and cons you’ve thought of. Do what
you can to delineate some deadlines for activities.
7thperiods, take the ideas from 2nd,
add to them, and create a survey to poll your group on the actions they are
willing to take.
5th period, start writing your mission statement
and based on your period’s portion of the group, determine how much time
outside of class you are willing to put into this project. Based on that and
the results of yesterday’s poll, start an action plan.
3rd, & 6th periods, determine
which actions you are prepared to act on and which need more before you can
begin. Get the ball rolling on the project – assign people to tasks or create a
survey to allow people to sign up for their tasks.
